Petition for Friendslist Notebook
ok, im petitioning for a notebook for the friends list.
So when you add someone, it comes up with "Enter Description" you could leave this blank if u wanted to, or put something like "Godly RC" or "Helping me do quests" i also belive if this was implemented it shld have a "change" button to change the description
i think this is a good idea as it will help ppol who get confused with ppol who fforget why they added ppol.

Agreed
I think this is a good idea and also support it. My friends list is completely full and over the years I have had to delete people to add new friends. However, every time I do this the person I remove from my list ends up messaging me again like I have some sort of curse. It is very strange but that is how it always happens. I have an extremely bad memory and forget why I have added some of the people on my list but for the most part it's because they are friends. When someone happens to message me that I removed a while ago or whom I can't remember why or how I know this person and I ask them to help me remember them they sometimes take offense to it. An odd example of this is just recently a person messaged me who was NOT on my friends list telling me to watch as they were just about to recieve legendary survivor title and I had to ask this person who they were and they seemed offended and said they knew me from a year ago. I am clueless.
I think a friends notebook is a great idea with a changeable description slot and I personally would like to see the cap increased. So I am not forced to have to remove people who actually do keep in contact with me and I won't forget who they are.

I wish for it as well, although its not the first time I've read this feature request. A lot of duplicates today.

sounds great.
Sometimes, although unfortunately, I forget who each person is.

I have always wished my friends list had more room and the ability to add a reference for each person.

/sign. It would be good to remember where you met someone, especially when they log in with different character's an you're not sure who they are.

If server space is a problem, then they could use txt files like with templates.

I support this petition. Trying to keep track of up to 100 players can be a daunting task.

I love this idea. I'm always buying/selling stuff via Guru and GuruAuctions, so I add alot of people to my friend's list. I always end up forgetting who's selling or buying what lol.

Also in the notebook, it'd be sweet to know WHERE somebody is at the current time, so I dont' end up asking 20 questions of the guy. "Whatcha doing?" "mission" "which mission?" "factions"... The server already keeps track of that stuff, so adding it to the friends list would be a great help.

A Notepad function in general would be nice. thought of it many times.
And I'm sure, that I'm not the only one who has textfiles on the desktop or in a GW-folder with trader names, with people you have chatted or done missions with.... or simply to remember why you added someone to the friends list.... etc

Yeah. It would be great both a local file for a bigger friendlist to help the small online one, and a Notepad simply function, as a tab in the quest log, to write down anything you may need.
My Alt-Tab and minimeze can take ages sometimes and it's easy and always useful.
